Setting: Courtyard: White Tower, Tar Valon
Before you stands a magnificent palace made of delicately sculpted marble, rather than blocks. Gently arching walls and bulging domes rise high into the sky, seemingly just barely touching the clouds with its delicately crafted spires, topping off the breathtaking sight before you. Looking about, one can see a small garden off to the side, with a small winding path down it's center that leads into a maze of bushes where one might get lost if not too careful.
Colors seem to change from bright pastels to earthy tones and vibrant reds as the days start to grow colder and the days shorter. There are several benches about the grounds where one might be able to sit and relax. There are several lamps about the courtyard lighting the way for those that would travel through the grounds late at night. Several of the Tower Guards can be seen keeping an eye on the gates and patrolling the grounds
A broad stairway, made of pristine white marble, enters into the White Tower, marked by a massive pair of doors decorated with delicate carvings of intricate workmanship. A tall, white wall cascades around the yard, its entrances and exits marked by high gates leading to the street, watched by the Tower Guard. Somewhere in the courtyard you can see buildings for the barracks and the stables. You can also see an entrance to the practice yard, marked of by a row of high hedges.
Ashlynn walks into the Courtyard, with a bit of fanfare, trailing behind her is not one, but three Gaidin, all of them hovering nearby, one closer than another. A slight smile appears on her face as she dotes her attention on this one every now and again, perhaps just checking to make sure he's following along obediantly.
Olista seems slightly surprised to see Aislynn, though she smiles towards her warmly, "Greetings, Sister."
A slight smile appears on Ashlynn's face as she glances over at Olista, correcting her name, "Greetings Sister." She answers back before giving an exaggerated sigh, blowing a bit of air up into her face. "Have you seen my other Gaidin?" She speaks non chalantly, not even giving him a name...
Tamarind walks down the steps into the Courtyard, after pushing through the main doors of the Tower.
Esthi curtsies, yet again. My poor knees..
Ashlynn is standing in the yard with Olista, with three Gaidin surrounding her, one of which she keeps doting most of her attention on.
Olista answer in a soft tone, though her features smooth quickly, and her eyes become almost as devoid of emotion as the stoniest of Gaidin. She speaks simply, "When last I saw him, he was heading into the stables."
Tamarind barely pauses at the top of the sweeping stair, intent and discerning emerald eyes flickering over those gathered in the courtyard below, then she descends the lapping steps with the grace of a swan, elegance writ in her movements for all to see.
Ashlynn inclines her head a bit with the faintest of looks passing over her eyes, perhaps a bit of jealousy. "Thank you..." She glances over at her three Gaidin, smiling more readily for one than the other two, "Now stay here...." It's almost as if she's talking to a bunch of children. She turns toward the stables, sauntering off in an oh so female way, inclining her head to Tamarind just slightly as she does so, but offering no inherent greeting.
Olista watches Ashlynn go with the same emotionless expression on her face.
You push the sliding door and enter the Stable.
[Scene changes to: Tower Stables: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Kale says "You're leaving?" Kale question only bares a slight ring of a question, but heavily bares the unspoken question of, 'when will you return?'"
Ashlynn peeks her head through the door, glancing about. Upon spying Kale she walks over to him, sauntering really in an oh so female fashion, making good use of her hips and the rest of body as she does so, eyeing Coerel with the look of... well a predator, weighing certain options through her mind for another potential. She turns her eyes on Kale again and offers another exaggerated sigh, blowing her hair upwards, "Do you wanna get this over with or what?"
Kale glances at Coerel, then back To Ashlynn. "It's nice to see you Ashlynn, I am glad to see that you are well." Hesitating a moment looking expectantly toward Coerel, Kale haltingly makes his way toward the door.
A brow raises slightly and Ashlynn smirks a bit, "I am sure you are, Gaidin, and glad to get rid of me as well..." She turns on her heel with that said and walks out the door, allowing you to finish whatever, sniffing rather loudly as she does.
Kale sighs spreading his hands helplessly, looking toward Coerel, "I'll do as you ask Coerel, you know that...but...might I ask why you're asking such a thing?"
You push the sliding door and leave the Stable.
[Scene changes back to: Courtyard: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Esthi curtsies again.. Just in case she missed someone
Irinya turns her attention to Tamarind, and speaks in her soft, low and velvety voice. "It is indeed early. I am quite surprised to see so many at this... very place. "
Tori nods and walks to a nearby bench, motioning Esthi over.
Olista inclines her head to Tamarind, "Greetings, Sister." She is again distracted, though, as she notes the sliding doors to the stable opening again.
Semarra turns her head enough to offer a small smile to the Novices, before returning her gaze to the others. "Now, what fun is planned for today, ladies?" Her green eyes sparkle in the morning light as she teases her fellow much more serious sisters.
Ashlynn looks thoroughly disgusted with something as she exits the stables, frowning slightly, looking vexxed. It seems perhaps she's almost prone to change her mind about something though seeing her three Gaidin standing in the yard her frown turns to a grand smile, and she even begings to purr slightly as she wanders over to them, sauntering as only female can, in a really sickening manner. It's almost as if she only sees them and no others and it's fascinating how she even made it through the Tower.
Esthi slips next to Tori, sitting quickly.
Olista watches Ashlynn return, though she turns her attention back to the quickly growing gathering.
Tamarind affords the courtyard and those within it one more spare, yet encompassing glance.. even in its briefness, the gesture taking in all that there is to be seen. Her liltingly sweet voice holds a dryness to its upper register, hardly noticeable except to those who know her best. "Indeed, I came for a peaceful morning walk, and it seems this area is busier than the city marketplace, Sister."
Raemira walks down the steps into the Courtyard, after pushing through the main doors of the Tower.
Esthi stands and curtsies yet again, before retaking ehr seat.
Esthi mutters to Tori.
Raemira comes down the stairs of the Tower, keeping her features in a carefully constructed mask that seems so forced its almost painful. She carefully makes her way to the group, raising a brow at those present, though offering no greeting.
Irinya inclines her head to Ashlynn also, a polite "Sister" leaving her lips. She sees Raemira, and drops what seems a perfect flawless curtsy, silken skirt creating a pool. After that she smiles slightly back to Tamarind. "Ah. That was what I would figure. I was about to make you company. "
Tori is sitting next to Esthi on a bench. She mutters to Esthi, "How... your... at... And..... don't..."
Semarra chuckles softly to herself over something or other before turning towards the Amyrlin, "Mother, greetings...seems very few felt the need to sleep in today."
As she faces the Tower itself, it takes Tamarind but a heartbeat to note the arrival of the Amyrlin herself. Azure velvet ripples with her supple movement as she offers a nod that is both filled with respect and politeness both. Waiting until the woman has made her way closer across the courtyard, she speaks silken words to hang upon the crispy air. "Light shine upon you Mother."
Esthi mutters to Tori, "They..."
Olista curtsies as gracefully as she can manage, which is saying nothing in comparison to the others, though her voice is soft and smooth, "Greetings, Mother."
Raemira keeps her face in that painfully constructed mask, her voice also masked as well to keep out any shred of emotion, "I had reason. Was a tiring evening which I reallyt do not wish to get into." She casts a sideways glance at Olista, smoothing over her skirts with her white knuckled hands.
Xanthos enters the Tower Courtyard through the Alindrelle Gates.
Xanthos prances in at his highstepping, proud walk.
Olista nods slightly to Raemira, and a look of concern crosses her features ever briefly before leaving again.
Tamarind considers Raemira, her own face growing even more distantly poised than before as she listens to the Mother's words. Her eyes slide smoothly to gaze upon Irinya, the slight smile back upon her lips, "I am ever glad of your company, Sister."
Tori sighs a little, nodding.. "There has been so little to do lately.. I fear I will find myself lazy when I begin to work again."
Tomar enters the Courtyard of the White Tower through the Osendrelle Gates, watched by the hawkeyes of the Tower Guard.
Ashlynn places a direct kiss on the Gaidin's cheek she's been doting on, murmuring soft to him, "Good boy..." She offers a sly grin, then peers over her shoulder at the Stables again, calling out in a very unlady like manner....
Ashlynn yells, "You coming or do I need to drag you out here...."
Tomar blinks, as he sees all the people around here. He drifts off near the crowd and observes.
Olista winces slightly at the yell, and turns in mild startlement.
Esthi's eyes go wide at the keelman's manners on an Aes Sedai
Course, it's a very un Aes Sedai like manner as well.. though patience was never a virtue of Ashlynn.
Irinya is also listening to Raemira now. But turns, her silken black hair swaying slightly in motion, back to Tamarind."Ah, good. Then I will join you in
Semarra arches one fine eyebrow, but refrains from comment. she then turns to Irinya and Tamarind, "Would you like some further company, Tamarind, Irinya?" Hearing the yell, she chuckles obviously amused.
From Xanthos's back, Maeve slows her steed to a halt as she spots the large gathering of Aes Sedai and others in the courtyard, absentmindly reaching down to stroke his sleek neck as she gazes thoughtfully at the scene before her. Fora moment or so she remains like that, then with grace throws one leg over the stallions neck and slides to the ground, reins in one hand.
Maeve takes her reins into one hand and swings herself down from Xanthos.
Esthi says "You won't grow Lazy, golden Eyes.. Go hunting.."
Raemira glances over at Ashlynn with mild curiousity and annoyance, perhaps knowing this particular Sedai's weaknesses... her lust for Gaidin. She frowns just faintly, speaking in a tight manner, "Patience Ashlynn Sedai. Kale will get here soon enough."
Tomar spots someone he knows and wanders over to her...
Olista glances at Raemira with an expression on her face clearly meant only for her. It is fleeting too, though, just as the look of concern.
Ashlynn pays no heed to any of the looks she gets from Accepted or most Aes Sedai though she does look particularly chastened when Raemira speaks to her. She lowers her eyeslashes along with her eyes in a demure manner, offering, "Of course, Mother..." though there is something in her tone that's almost challenging, of course it is her bond that is being transferred, no one elses.
Tamarind makes no reaction at all to the course manners and low language of one of her Sister Sedai. Her composure is not marred, and with the manners of a queen she nods to first Irinya and then Semarra.. offering each a lovely smile in turn. "I should be glad of the company. You are each a joy to spend time with." She makes, however, no move to leave the courtyard, fixing a pointed gaze upon Maeve as she arrives instead.
Irinya nods to Semarra, offering a small, polite smile. "Certainly, Semarra. " She looks at Tamarind for consent of course. "I'd be happy for you to join us, Sister."
Tori nods softly and shrugs. "There is very little decent game.. just small rabbits
Tori nods softly and shrugs. "There is very little decent game.. just small rabbits and the like..", her golden eyes seem to glaze over with annoynance.
With just a hint of curiosity glittering in her grey eyes Maeve remains where she dismounted for a time, her bright gaze flickering over the courtyard while her hand keeps stroking the sleek, golden-coated neck. As Tomar approaches her she tilts her head to one side, studying him for a moment, "We met again..."
Semarra's emerald gaze also goes to the figure of Maeve. Almost propriatorily in its disconcerting gaze.
Tomar smiles at Maeve, his previous bumbling facade gone for now. He scratches his chin and nods. "Yes, it seems like we meet again..."
Raemira glances at Semarra, Tamarind and Irinya in question, though does nit say anything in turn, still keeping on to events from ealier that day which clouds her mind and judgement. She looks about and spies Maeve, then moves from Olista's side to go to the girl, offering a faint smile, "Welcome child. You will find that your room in the Guest Quarters is ready. I do hope that you find no troubles here during your period of Sanctuary."
Tamarind permits a reaction to show itself now upon the smoothness of her mian. She flickers a glance sidewards to Irinya, and then to Semarra before looking calmly back at Maeve. There is familiarity in the gaze, and no unkindness.
Tomar also now spots Raemira and trying to catch her gaze he nods politely to her.
Irinya looks at Maeve, and her smile is small, yet holds the expression of motherly calm, and she inclines her head to her. She also glances at Raemira, perhaps impressed by something. Hard to tell, since the serenity is soon back in her smooth face. She exchanges a glance with Tamarind however.
Tomar suddenly realizes the position he is in, he seems rather embarassed by all the eyes that are on him as he tries to hide behind Maeve's horse.
Semarra's mind seems to be distracted for a moment by the visage of Tomar. with a slow smile in his direction she turns her attention back to the others, noting with interest Raemira's words. Her full lips form the word 'Sanctuary'.
As she is about to give a reply to Tomar, Maeve is distracted by Raemira's words. A faint hint of annoyance cloud her face for a moment, then thatpolit ely pleasant smile returns and she inclines her head with grace, "I am honoured and grateful Mother. I will see to my steeds comfort to begin with but after that I shall move my belongings to the room you so kindly have allowed me use of." She speaks in a smooth, soft voice which is almost too polished somehow and her grey gaze remains steady upon Raemira.
Ashlynn furrows her brow deeply, casting a darkened look at the stables. she frowns rather suddently and stalks over toward them this time, ignoring any looks she might get from mother.
You push the sliding door and enter the Stable.
[Back to the Tower Stables: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Coerel's dark eyes flash to the woman.
Ashlynn enters the stables again, more like stalking, something of a small temper seen on her face. She crosses her arms and taps her foot, not saying anything, just waiting.
Kale glances at Coerel, "One of these days you'll have to teach me the Rock on Wood Form..." Kale turns...seeing Ashlynn he nods and promptly starts toward the door.
Kale pushes the sliding door and leavess the Stable.
Ashlynn seems more calm now that Kale has left...
You push the sliding door and leave the Stable.
[And again, the Courtyard: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Tamarind is left to openly observe Maeve as Raemira steps to the side, and a brief, shooting glance toward Theron is enough indication that his presence has been noted. After a moment, during which golden lashes narrow over her eyes' verdant sharpness, she speaks a greeting to the coppery haired young woman. "I had not expected to see you so soon again."
A smile continues to play on Semarra's lips. Ever amused at the things around her, her glances passes from person to person, placing looks and comments away for further thought later. to Irinya's comment she chuckles, answering in that velvet voice, so like the Red's, "Yes, it makes up for other thing's lacking."
Kale walks briskly toward Olista as he leaves the stables, whispering softly to her as he reaches her.
Irinya purses her full lips in thought and nods slowly to Semarra, that small, almost amused smile tugging the corners of her lips. "Indeed. But as long as things get done, we all have or ways of reaching the goals. "
Olista glances towards the stables at the hint of more people withdrawing from it. She frowns with apparent concern as Kale immediately approaches her and speaks, though his words do not seem to trouble her nearly so much, "That is fine." SHe offers him a reassuring smile.
Maeve reaches out to pull the reins of soft leather over the golden stallions head, which he tosses restlessly - evidently little appreacting the wait in this gathering, and offers Raemira a nod of agreement. Though, as Tamarind approaches her it is to the Blue Sedai her attention shifts. "The Wheel Weaves.. and all that, Tamarind Sedai." There is a hint of dryness to her tone, a hint of discomfort or displeasure.
Ashlynn comes out of the stables, appearing more calm, now that Kale has finally come to his senses and come outside. She gazes about the very full yard, noting the newcomers, especially the men, her eyes glazing over slightly. You can almost hear the gears in her mind going *click click click* MEN BONDS.... of course she shakes it off and puts her mind to the moment at hand, sauntering gayly over to the group offering Olista her very false smile of happiness, "Where would you like to do this sister? Before all that they can see, or somewhere... more private?" She casts a sideways glance at the Amrylin which remains rather hidden at the moment.
Olista offers Ashlynn an almost equally insincere smile, though it would seem that she doesn't have the quite the strength necessary to muster one without -some- happy thought to inspire it. She answers simply, "I feel that a more private environment might be best. Perhaps even the practice yard?" She glances at Kale as she says this last.
Tamarind brings round slender hands and laces her fingers together before her, laying them gently against the velvet that clothes her waist. "Indeed, I wonder if you have come alone to us, or brought your companion," the honeyed beauty of her voice doesn't even catch on that word, yet it is slightly stressed somehow. "With you as well."
Semarra shakes her head with clearly shown amusement, She mutters to Irinya, "... a bad... she... little... her..."
Kale nods to Olista, casting a somewhat relieved and regretful look at Ashlynn.
Irinya gives Ashlynn a look that tells of disgust at her view of all those men, and.. men in general. Then she slides smoothly over to where Tamarind is standing, to participate in the conversation with Maeve. Her voice is also smooth and low.. like velvet. "A surprise indeed, child. Perhaps there may be more surprises.. for you as well as for us.. " She adds smoothly "Hopegully pleasant of course"
Raemira glances over at Ashlynn, something of displeasure marring her features. She watches quietly, glancing about slowly before turning her gaze back to those gathered, particularly Ashlynn, Olista and Kale.
Semarra pointedly lets her gaze drift over the men in the courtyard, even Ashlynn's Gaidin.
Tomar slowly backs away from the whole scene his curiosity slated for now and his better judgement kicking in. He nods politely to Maeve, and leaves.
Esthi blinks and shrugs.
Theron watches the gathering. His eyes are alight with curiosity, and he listens closely to all he can hear. Almost nonchalalntly, he leans agains the nearest wall.
Ashlynn gives a curt nod, speaking in a husky voice, "Of course, that is fine for me...." She tosses a coy look back at her Gaidin, winking at a few, actually flaunting herself! Of course even with that temper she was a bit of a show off, "I have more important matters to get to afterall..." She speaks to
Olista but her eyes remain on her three Gaidin standin near her.
Tomar quickens his pace.
Tamarind lets her attention slip briefly over Theron, a flash of brightness in the claret depths of her verdant eyes indicating how well she knows he is there and what he does. But she makes no motion to disturb him before smiling with knowing cast at Irinya. "I do so like a good surprise. I am certain the future will hold many..." she turns back to look at Maeve. "For us all."
Olista nods and speaks with a clipped tone, which is -very- uncharacteristic of her, "But of course. One couldn't help but understand that."
Tomar passes through the NorthHarbor Gate under the watcheful eyes of the Tower Guards.
Semarra just shakes her head.
Theron looks over to Tori, and winks rather obviously at her. He smiles as he mementarily locks eyes with Tamarind.
Silvery lightning sparkles bright against the storm grey skies which are Maeve's eyes as Tamarind speaks, her smile growing thin and her chin setting at a stubborn angle. "I have brought my horses Tamarind Sedai." Her reply is cool, very cool and just a touch tense. The polite facade is not so easily maintained now, and suddenly she is all defensive, standing straight and tautly tense as a bowstring. As Irinya too adresses her that flashing gaze drifts to the Red for a moment, her nod noticeably curt, and as if to sooth herself she moves closer to the stallion, stroking his neck slowly.
Ashlynn nods slightly to Olista, placing a hand on the cheek of one of her Gaidin, speaking in a motherly tone once more, as if the grown men were just children afterall< "Now just stay here and wait for this to be over. I assure you it will be safe and only take a few moments of my spare time." She flashes each a winning smile then turns to Olista and Kale to look at them both before sauntering toward the Practice Yard, shooting a glance to any Acceped or Novices that tell that they should stay away or face her wrath later.
Raemira raises a brow slightly, glancing between teh few there, speaking up, "The Child has asked Sanctuary of the Tower and it has been granted to her. It seems problems of hte outside world harbor her and as it is custom, she could claim protection." There appears to be something hidden in her voice though she does not say what it is.
Irinya smiles faintly in agreement to Tamarind, then looks at Maeve again, her expression motherly calm not revealing anything of what she might think, scheme or plan for the moment. Her gaze, now turning into that horrible gaze most men desperately avoids, rests on Theron..
Semarra comes up behind Irinya and whispers softly, She mutters to Irinya, "I... when... taste will leave... go..."
Olista's glance to Kale is about as apologetic as it could get, before she turns to walk after Ashlynn. Her movements are certain, though her weak physical form makes them choppy and causes her to have to focus carefully with each and every step.
Tori sighs a little from the bench, barely listening, then turns towards Esthi curiously.. "Tempest?"
Tamarind files some bit of information away in the ordered mind that she does possess as Maeve's lack of words betrays to her more than anything else she could have said. "Indeed, and a lovely mount you do have." Her delicatedly formed hands disentwine, and she takes a fearless step forward to brush fingertips along the horse's neck before continuing around to his other side and watching Maeve unpack him over his back. "A shame though, you know how much I enjoyed conversing with your friend.. what was his name?" She pauses artfully, and it seems not at all contrived. "Diar, wasn't it?"
Kale glances toward Raemira a questioning look in his eyes, he nods toward the Practice Yard as if asking if she will be coming too.
His smile turning into something resembling a frightened frown, Theron catches Irinya looking his way. Almost in self defence, he makes a bow to her...but he cant make his eyes respectful as he shoots her a rather hard glare.
Raemira inclines her head slightly, walking over to Kale and lowering her voice to ask him a question, She mutters to Kale, "... seen... since... come... somewhere,..."
Irinya turns her head as Semarra whispers something and speaks rather curtly. "I'd prefer the taste of no men at all, Sister. At least not close, where they won't do harm and can be put to use. " She smiles however, perhaps a bit too sweetly to her fellow Sister.
You pass through the entrance of a large wall, leading to the Practice Yard.
[Scene changes to the Practice Yard: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Ashlynn paces up and down the cleared dirt area of the practice yard, waiting impatiently, once more. It's a wonder how Kale could put up with her bubbly demeanor and her tempers at the same time before he bonded her. Though she could have used her womanly ways to have tricked him into thinking he was special.
Raemira comes through the Courtyard entrance of the large wall surrounding the Practice Yard.
Olista remains perfectly still, with hands folded carefully before her. Her eyes regard the rising sun, and she clearly lacks Ashlynn's impatience.
Kale comes through the Courtyard entrance of the large wall surrounding the Practice Yard.
Kale shuffles into the practice yard, muttering his apologies.
Olista seems perfectly calm, with hands folded before her. Her eyes remain on the rising sun, and do not falter.
Ashlynn is pacing about the yard, her temper seeming rather clear now as well as her impatience. Upon seeing Kale and the Amyrlin entering she appears to straighten and calm down. "Alright... lets get this silly thing over with...."
Olista draws her eyes slowly from the sun, though it is Raemira she looks to. Raemira lifts a brow in perfect annoyance, speaking curtly, "Daughter, this is nothing to be taken lightly or called silly. Do try to calm yourself, you already agreed to this. There is no race to bonding Gaidin here as you well know."
Olista mutters something under her breath, though it is incomprehensible, perhaps even to herself.
Again Ashlynn looks rahter chastened and she nods to Raemira her lips turning rather pouty this time, "Yes Mother..." She replies meekly. She glances to Olista then furrows her brow before speaking with that false sincerity, "I apologize for my reactions, this is the first time I've... had to..." She glances to Kale, "Give up a Gaidin..." There is a slight longing in her eyes, and they become slightly pouty as well as if appealing to him to change his mind.
Olista speaks with a somewhat flat tone, "I can understand your feeling, though I cannot say that I relate to it."
Kale smiles weakly at Ashlynn, lowing his eyes to the respectfully and assuming that impassivity of his face and inner feelings that Coerel drilled into him.
Raemira crosses her arms and frowns faintly, not in the mood for the behavior being presented to her. She glances to Kale, speaking out in an authoritative tone, "Kale Gaidin, it was asked that your bond be passed from Ashlynn Sedai of the Green Ajah to Olista Sedai of the White Ajah, was your permission given for the act and the rite to take place...?"
[Channeling] Raemira says, "As Raemira speaks in the practice yard, you sense the force of Saidar filling her, making her shine brightly as it's warmth caresses her."
Kale raises his eyes locking them on Raemira's. His voice hard and distant as he replys, "Yes, Mother. My permission was granted to Olista Sedai to receive my bond, passed to her from Ashlynn Sedai as soon as was convenient for all involved."
Olista's face remains void of emotion as she turns to regard the sun once again.
Raemira inclines her head, glancing to both Ashlynn and Olista, "And you both have agreed on the passing as such as well, yes...?" Just formalities which need to be expressed for Tower reasons.
Olista inclines her head, "Yes, Mother." She turns her eyes to Raemira as she says this.
Ashlynn rolls her eyes very blatantly, showing her impatience for formalities, though if either give notice she hides her rather annoyed look, only letting it appear when she knows no one is watching, especially her soon to be former bondmate. She nods, "Yes Mother..." speaking almost with a bit of sincerity.
Raemira inclines her head a bit, getting the answers she needed from all parties involved, "Then you all have my blessing to do so..." She glances to Ashlynn, "If you'll begin the weaves..."
Ashlynn opens herself to saidar, allowing it's sweet essense to fill her. Very soon afterwards she prepares a few thin weaves of Spirit and walks over to Kale, smiling sweetly, "This will not hurt one bit... promise love...." Her eyes delve deep into Kale's, the false promises lying therein as they did long ago, of course, this time she tells the truth, sort of.... since it will be much like bonding all over again.
Kale's stands stiffly, that familiar attutude of not wanting anyone within arms reach strongly evident. As Ashlynn does her weaves he remains as still as stone, only his eyes betraying the torrent of emotions within him.
Ashlynn places her hand against Kale's cheek and leans on close, a sly grin on her face as she places her face near his and plants a soft kiss on his lips for rememberance, casting a sideways glance over at Olista as she does so before turning back to Kale.... The weaves twist and turn as they touch Kale's skin, severing something only partway, perhaps the bond, to allow for the newcomer to pick up the weaves and take it over... She holds her weave in place, stepping to the side and keeping her hand on Kale's cheek, "Your turn Sister..." There is a coyness to her, and a soft challenge in her eyes.
Tally comes through the Courtyard entrance of the large wall surrounding the Practice Yard.
Ashlynn is standing next to Kale, her hand on his cheek almost protectively, watching Olista to make her move...
Olista, too, allows herself to be surrounded by the glow of saidar. Her face still appears emotionless, with the exception of, perhaps, a little nervousness about her. She approaches Kale in her turn, eyes meeting his. She forms the weaves of spirit, present in her mind in theory, and yet so unfamiliar to her, and with the slight nervousness apparent a little more strongly on her face, she completes the transfer of the bond.
Raemira frowns slightly at Ashlynn's means of opening the bond to the would be taker, disapproval shining on her face. She keeps silent though.
Tally stands quietly out of the way, watching the proceedings curiously.
Ashlynn sighs exaggeratedly, removing her hand from Kale's person and taking three rather large steps back, giving him a longing look again with those pouty eyes and lips, speaking, "If you ever change your mind Gaidin..." She smiles faintly, her eyes shining even though still pouty, "You are, of course, always welcome back... within my folds..."
Raemira raises a brow faintly at this, her voice becoming more firm. "I do believe that you've passed the bond now Ashlynn, do not try to be tempting him back. You've more than enough bonds to suit your..." She smirks faintly, rather openly too, "Needs."
Olista gets a rather odd expression on her face for a moment, and then her attention turns to Ashlynn, and her expression becomes slightly more unreadable. Finally, she looks to meet Raemira's eyes for a moment, before looking back to Kale.
If the chastened look is something Ashlynn regularly does you'd think it would stay permanently on her features. She nods to Raemira, "Of course Mother..." lowering her eyes in a perfect manner of being chastised, thogh it doesnt last for long as her gaze wanders and settles on Tally wonderingly, her face lighting up a bit a another potential Gaidin to add to her already made crew.
Tally blushes a bit, fixing his gaze elsewhere.
Ashlynn continues to give Tally that lecherous look of hers, perhaps calculating his usefulness to her.
Tally works very hard on not noticing.
Raemira coughs slightly, showing a bit of disapproval on her face as she watches the things pass before her. She speaks to those present, "Ashlynn..." She speaks, voice warning.
Olista turns towards Kale, with her brow slightly creased with worry.
Ashlynn turns her head to face Raemira, something of an openly defiant look in her eyes, but she leaves the trainee alone now. "Yes Mother...?"
Raemira asks, "Dont you think it's time you move on now. Let the new bondees spend some time together without your interference..."
Tally slips past the assembly and picks up a war maul from the rack of weapons.
Ashlynn lifts a brow just a bit and inclines her head, "As you say Mother..." She glances over at Tally, her gaze lingering a bit, before she heads toward the exit, emitting a rather exaggerated sigh, "Only if...." She smiles coyly to herself, swaying her hips in a rather womanly demeanor.
Kale glances toward Raemira, a look of gratitude fillling his eyes.
You pass through the entrance of a large wall, leading to the Courtyard.
[Back to the Courtyard: White Tower, Tar Valon]
Tara steps out into the courtyard, curtseying to the Aes Sedai, and waiting for Tamarind Sedai to finish what she is doing.
Coerel passes through the SouthHarbor Gate under the watcheful eyes of the Tower Guards.
Ashlynn comes out of the courtyard a slightly disappointed look on her features, glancing over her shoulder as she sways her hips with her walk, showing off her womanliness to those present. She glances about, keeping her eyes away from her own three Gaidin presently awaiting her before she glancees about her eyes lingering after the retreating Coerel, almost with disappointment in her eyes, "There goes another good one..."
Tamarind doesn't laugh any longer, but she never once looses the complete poise of her smile as she studies Maeve with icy flickering eyes. "My Gaidin is quite good at everything he does. I find something out new each and every day about him. He is so much more than what an outward glance would seem." These words are high praise from she, and she leaves them purposefully enigmatic, allowing anyone to think as they wish.
